Disability

Making the decision to apply for Social Security is one of the hardest decisions people can make. Once you submit your application the Social Security Administration will begin sending you forms to fill out and multiple documents to sign. They may send you to a doctor and they may (or may not) get all of your medical records. Even if your physician thinks it is a good idea for you to file for disability, the doctor's records may not properly support your application.

Often claimants need a representative who can help them gather the right information, get helpful doctor's statements, and then present the case to the Social Security Administration in terms the Administration understands and accepts.
